HHOMES

HHOMES (for "Healthy Homes")

HHOMES (for “Healthy Homes”) is a mnemonic from our piloted environmental screening program. We ask patients and families about different environmental factors and hazards that can affect children’s health prior to their visit. As part of this program, we developed patient-facing educational handouts that describe these environmental concerns, highlight associated health risks, and share actionable steps families can do to address these factors and promote healthy housing. Please explore this webpage to learn more about environmental considerations that may be impacting you/your patient/your child’s health.
