  In 2021 the Western States PEHSU released the newest A Story of Health multimedia
  eBook chapter “Sofia’s story: Health Effects of Wildfires” with a focus on children’s
  health and prevention strategies.
• Factsheet on Children and Wildfire Recovery from the PEHSUs
  This resource addresses the aftermath of a fire.
• Summer 2022 Lecture on Wildfire Smoke and Children’s Health by Stephanie Holm, MD, MPH. The WSPEHSU continues to lead efforts in bringing awareness to wildfires and their continued impact on health. Hosted by the Right Care Initiative. Dr. Holm starts at 1:04.
• Peer-reviewed journal article: “Health effects of wildfire smoke in children and public health tools: A narrative review” published in the Journal of Exposure Science and Environmental Epidemiology. This article summarizes the literature on these topics. Honored as one of the journal’s reader’s choice articles.
