Problem: Low lead testing rates and lack of lead education resources in Idaho.
Solution: In partnership with the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (WA DOH CLPPP), Region 10 PEHSU helped to develop 5 new lead ‘Quick Guides’ to support healthcare providers in Idaho in A collective effort of increasing lead awareness and testing rates.
