The Southwest Center for Pediatric Environmental Health (SWCPEH), Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Unit (PEHSU), and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) Department of Emergency Medicine are proud to sponsor a Children’s Environmental Health Symposium in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The Children’s Environmental Health Symposium will provide important information about environmental impacts on children’s health. Physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, social workers, public health practitioners, community health workers, policy makers, academics, teachers, school nurses, counselors and others in the community will be informed about the critical links between the environment and health, an important step towards improving health outcomes.
